Terms & Conditions

By participating in Alma's Referral Program, you ("Referral Partner") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview Alma engages Referral Members to refer companies to Alma's immigration legal services.

2. Referral Process 2.1. Referral Members will promote Alma's services to their network. 2.2. Alma will provide a unique referral link to each Referral Member via Referral Rock portal and emails upon successful registration. 2.3. Referral Members must use their unique link when referring potential clients. 2.4. Referred clients must enter their information in the form that the link directs to for the Referral Member to receive compensation.

3. Compensation
3.1. Alma will pay the Referral Member based on the size of the referred company at the time of the qualifying event:

  • $2,000 - companies with 100+ foreign nationals
  • $1,000 - companies with 10-100 foreign nationals
  • $400 - when a 100+ FN company takes a demo from your intro
  • $250 for a signed retainer with a company of 1-10 foreign nationals where the engagement includes any of the following visas: O-1A, O-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, EB-2 PERM, EB-3.
  • $100 for a signed retainer with a company of 1-10 foreign nationals where the engagement is limited to the following visas: TN, H-1B, E-3, H-1B1.

3.2. "Signed retainer" means the referred company has executed Alma's engagement letter and paid Alma's first invoice.

3.3. Payment will be made by month end after the qualifying event is verified by Alma. Payouts are issued via PayPal Business in USD.

3.4. Compensation is limited to the qualifying events listed in Section 3.1. Referral Members do not receive any additional bonus, commission, or payment for individual visa applications, petitions, renewals, or other immigration filings submitted by the referred company after the signed retainer. Compensation is a one-time payment per qualifying event, regardless of the volume or value of legal work the referred company subsequently engages Alma to perform.

3.5. If a company is referred by multiple Referral Members, compensation will be paid to the Referral Member whose link was used first to submit the company's information.

3.6. Companies already in Alma's sales pipeline, existing clients, or those with prior contact with Alma's sales team prior to the referral submission are not eligible for compensation.

3.7. If a referred company cancels its retainer or disputes its first invoice within 60 days, Alma reserves the right to reverse or offset the corresponding referral payment.

3.8. Where a single retainer covers visas from more than one tier, the higher applicable payout applies. Only one payment is made per signed retainer regardless of the number or type of visas included.

4. Term and Termination

4.1. This agreement commences upon successful registration and continues until terminated.

4.2. Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 days written notice.

5. Independent Contractor Status Referral Members are independent contractors and not employees of Alma.

6. Confidentiality Referral Partners agree to keep all Alma business information confidential.

7. Modifications Alma reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Entire Agreement These terms constitute the entire understanding between Alma and the Referral Partner regarding the Referral Program.

9. Limitation of Liability Alma's total liability under this agreement is limited to compensation owed for verified qualifying events. Alma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Referral Program.

By participating in Alma's Referral Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
